Domestic Processing Times

For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our Zotësi team will work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you for arrival within 3-5 business days.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

International Processing Times

For standard international shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our Zotësi team will work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands as soon as possible depending current circumstances. Please note that this delivery window is an estimate and, depending on customs for your country, your package may be delayed.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time Zotësi does not allow for any returns or exchanges on purchased items. Are sales are FINAL.
